Why the Big Five?
There are many ways to explore personality. But among psychologists, the Big Five is widely considered the most robust and empirically supported model available today.
Backed by decades of cross-cultural research, it shows strong reliability and validity, and serves as the standard framework in most contemporary studies of personality.
Who This Might Be Helpful For
While it’s for anyone curious about themselves, it can be especially useful if you’re:
A coach wanting to better understand your clients
An educator supporting followers with greater sensitivity
A team leader navigating different personalities at work
A writer, artist, or creator exploring human psychology
A parent, partner, or friend trying to make sense of the people you care about
NOTE: This isn’t a training course! Just a space for reflection. But I’m confident to say that what you take from it might inform how you guide, connect, and support others.
Who This Might Not Be For
If you’re already well-versed in the Big Five model, or looking for heavy scientific jargon, this might not be what you’re after right now.
This series is more about clarity than complexity.
